What We Do

When you call us, we will first listen to your debt problems. Then, during your free consultation, we will determine if you qualify.

The only requirements are that you must have at least $10,000 in credit card debt, and must be between the ages of 25 and 65. Also, there are several states that are NOT eligible for assistance, including Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Kansas, South Carolina, and Washington DC.

If you qualify, we will help you reduce or eliminate your debt via our attorney driven debt compromise program. In some cases, we can negotiate a complete elimination of your credit card debt.
